Refund Policy

All of our product are personalized and made on demand we can not take returns if you change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty or Order incorrect.  please contact us and We will be happy to replace or refund the fee back to you.

Damages and Issues

Items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the package. Please keep the entire contents of the package handy until we have filled out our claim form with our courier company.  We may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim or in some cases our courier company likes to pick up the parcel as proof of damage.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

All our products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and all production process is completed. We can not cancel the order.
