Term and Conditions


All orders must be paid in full after your Order Placed and Confirm.

 For Bank Deposit, please follow payment instructions that will send once you have placed your order. Payment is due before order will be processed, We will start create the product once payment receive (that can take 1-3 working days till its shown on our end)

Note: If no payment been made after Order placed and Confirm within 48 Hours  the order will be cancelled.


All our products are made to order. Once your product has been designed and approved and your order is placed and confirm , there are no returns or refunds given unless there's a error on our end.


We will need at least 5-7 working days notice for design work. This does not include shipping time frame.  For Urgent Orders please  CONTACT US for availability.  For some order after we received your Order we will send you the design image template of your requested design for approval.

SHIPPING : Within New Zealand only ( For Rural delivery please contact for quote) No P.O.BOX

All Orders are sent using courier with options of , Courier with non signature or Courier with signature service. Shipping fee varies on SIZE, WEIGHT and LOCATIONS. 

Delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days after your order has dispatched. Tracking details will be supplied with shipping confirmation. For more information which shipping option will you choose and pricing please- CONTACT US.

NOTE: We are using a trusted third party delivery courier company for our deliveries and we only can guarantee the dispatch date.  Sometimes, however there can be delivery delays which are out of our control. If you don't want to be disappointed by unexpected delays, which can sometimes happen,  please place your order plenty of time beforehand.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the package. 

Please keep the entire contents of the package handy until we have filled out our claim form with our courier company.  We may need photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim or in some cases our courier company likes to pick up the parcel as proof of damage.

All of our product are personalized and made on demand we can not take returns if you change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you find our products do not arrive in good condition, please contact us and we will be happy to replace or refund the fee back to you.
